Essential Functions
- Provide billing support to partners/managers
- Assist in preparing client invoices and submit for approval
- Make necessary adjustments to invoices and prepare for mailing
- Ensure clients are billed in a timely manner
- Conduct research on billing questions
- Assist with compilation and publication of new clients
- Assist in compiling billing reports for management
- Assist in maintaining client database and client files to support a paperless workflow environment
- Provides assistance to the administrative department as needed
- May make occasional collections calls
Competencies
- Proficiency with general office technology and software, including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), is preferred
- Ability to multi-task and operate within various industry specific software
- General knowledge of tax filings is preferred
- Standard hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; expanded hours during Tax Season (January-April)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Associate's or equivalent degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) preferred
- 2-4 years' experience preferred
